Join fellow Trojan leaders in education and policy for an evening with the USC Alumni Education Network featuring USC Rossier’s Dean Karen Symms Gallagher. Hear insight into some of today’s greatest challenges facing our nation’s education system and how USC is playing a critical role in addressing them. From the growing teacher shortage and tackling misconceptions about the teaching profession to helping close the achievement gap for first generation college students, Dean Gallagher will highlight successful initiatives that have positioned USC as a leading change agent in the education arena.
The discussion will be moderated by Melora Sundt, Senior Advisor at the US Food & Drug Administration Center for Drug Evaluation & Research and former Vice Dean of the USC Rossier School of Education.
Admission is $10 in advance and $20 at the door and includes heavy appetizers and one drink ticket. Questions? Contact Erin Mascho at firstname.lastname@example.org
